Your Reports page gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire coaching practice. Let's go through how to read it - about two and a half minutes.
Open Reports from the sidebar. The page is built around two ideas - what's happening across your clients in aggregate, and the outcomes your practice is producing.
Up top, four time windows. Thirty days, ninety days, one year, and all time. Pick the window that matches the question you're trying to answer. Thirty days is great for "what's happening right now." All time is great for end-of-year reviews or for pitching your services to a new prospect.
Four summary cards. Average Time to Offer: how long it takes your clients to go from first application to a job offer. Lower is better. Conversion Rate: the share of your clients' applications that reached an offer. Engagement Score: the average number of applications per client in the window. And Average Search Duration: on average, how long since each client saved their first job. A client who has switched off sharing their applications isn't counted in these figures.
Below the summary, three outcome numbers. Offers Received: total offers across all your clients in the window. Placements: offers that were accepted. Client Churn: coaching relationships that ended in the window, whoever ended them. These three numbers together tell you the health of your practice.
Use these in your coaching sessions. Before a check-in, look at the By Client table: each client's applications, interviews, offers and placements in the window. A quiet month is a conversation starter, not a confrontation. Just a question. The all-time view is great for testimonial conversations and for showing prospects what kind of outcomes you produce.
Click Export CSV to download these figures for the window you picked: the summary, the outcomes and your totals. It's handy for your own records or end-of-quarter planning. For one row per client, use Export on your Overview page.
