Coach Console - Getting Started

Welcome to the JobIntel Coach Console. The Coach Console is free during the beta, for up to two clients. In about two minutes, we'll go from first login to your first client invitation.

This is your Coach Overview - the home base for your practice. The KPI strip across the top tracks engagement alerts, active clients, applications in flight, jobs across all clients, and offers landed this month. Below the strip, the Needs Attention panel surfaces clients showing engagement signals worth a check-in. The activity panel groups recent moves by client.

Down the left side, you'll find your toolkit. Overview is your command center. Clients lists everyone you're working with. Groups lets you organize clients into cohorts - say, by quarter or focus area. Invite is where you bring new clients in. Reports is your analytics. Content holds the resources you share. Notifications, Billing, Settings, and Guide round out the rest.

Before inviting your first client, take thirty seconds to set up your profile. Open Settings and edit your Display Name - something like "Sarah Johnson, Career Coach." Add a short bio describing your coaching focus. This is what every client sees on the invitation page, so make a good first impression. Click Save.

Now click Invite in the sidebar to open the Invite page. Add your client's email, and their name if you like. Click Create Invitation, and they get your invitation by email. You can also copy the link and send it yourself. Until they accept, the invitation shows up in your Pending count. You can copy the link to share it, or revoke it, from your invitations list.

One important thing to know - your client always controls visibility. They can pause sharing at any time from their settings. When they do, you'll see a Hidden badge on their name, and none of their data. Respect that boundary. Transparent coaching builds trust.
