Let's walk through how to invite clients and what they see on their end. About two and a half minutes.
Open the Invite page from the sidebar. Each invitation is for one client, by email, so you always know who it's for.
Click New Invitation to open the form. Add your client's email, and their name if you like. Click Create Invitation, and JobIntel emails them your invitation. The new invitation appears in your list right away.
After creation, you can copy the link and share it directly - paste it into a text, an email, a DM, whatever channel works for your practice. Copy Link shows a quick Copied confirmation when it lands on your clipboard.
When your client clicks the link, they land on a public invitation page showing your display name and your bio. They can sign in, or create an account, to accept or decline. They also see exactly what data will be shared before they accept - full transparency from minute one.
Back in your Invite page, every invitation has a status. Pending means they haven't responded yet. Accepted means the relationship is live and they show up in your Clients tab. Expired means the link aged out - invitations expire after 7 days. Revoked means you cancelled it. Declined means they turned it down. You can revoke a pending invitation any time if you change your mind.
During the beta you can have two clients at a time. Every active or paused client, and every invitation still open, holds a seat. Ending a relationship, revoking an invitation, or letting one expire frees a seat. Pausing doesn't.
Once a client accepts, they show up in the Clients tab. The next tutorial covers reading reports and exporting data - head there when you're ready.
