You already know that JobIntel can scan your résumé and pull out skills. But that is only the beginning. Résumé Intelligence turns your résumé into a working dashboard - showing how it scores against modern parsers, where the market gaps are, and what to fix before you apply.
Head to the Resume page in your dashboard. This is the home for everything résumé-related - your latest analysis, your version history, scoring, and a side-by-side editor. If you have not uploaded a résumé yet, you will see a prompt to upload one. Otherwise, your most recent analysis loads automatically.
The first thing you will notice is your ATS score. Applicant Tracking Systems are the software most companies use to filter résumés before a human ever sees them. JobIntel runs your résumé through the same kind of parsing logic these systems use, then scores it across content, formatting, and structure. A low score means a real risk that your résumé is being rejected automatically - and it tells you exactly which sections to fix.
Expand the More Tools section and you will find the Skills in Demand You're Missing card. It compares your résumé against the job postings in your feed and surfaces the skills that show up over and over in roles you care about - but are missing or under-represented on your résumé. This is not a generic skills cloud. It is targeted to your actual job feed, so the gaps it shows you are the gaps that matter for the work you are pursuing.
Alongside your résumé, the best-practice guidance cards lay out concrete recommendations - quantify your achievements, use stronger action verbs, tighten formatting, add LinkedIn cues. Each suggestion is anchored to the part of your résumé it applies to, so you can see where to make the change. Treat these as a checklist, not a verdict. Every recommendation is yours to accept, decline, or revisit later.
When you update your résumé - and you will - upload the new version and JobIntel runs a re-scan. Instead of overwriting everything, it shows you a three-way diff. Skills the AI still detects, skills it can no longer find, and newly discovered skills. Anything you added by hand stays protected. This way, your résumé can evolve without erasing the work you have already done on your skill profile.
Every upload becomes a version in your history. Open Compare Versions, also under More Tools, and you can see how your scores moved over time - ATS, content, formatting, market alignment. If you tailored a résumé for a specific role, you can pull that version forward and use it again. Your résumé is no longer a single static file. It is a small portfolio you can iterate on with confidence.
A résumé is not a one-time document. It is a product you ship every time you apply. Résumé Intelligence gives you the metrics, the gaps, and the version history to keep improving it deliberately - instead of guessing whether the latest tweak helped or hurt.
Open your Resume page and run through the analysis once. Pick the single highest-impact recommendation and apply it. Then upload the new version and watch the score move. That is the loop.
