Managing Your Subscription

JobIntel is one fully featured product. Your first four weeks are free, and after that you keep everything for one simple price. In this video, we will walk through how to view your plan, subscribe, manage your subscription, and apply promo codes.

Open the Settings page from the sidebar, then click the Billing tab. This is your central hub for everything related to your subscription. During your free trial and after it, Billing shows your plan: its status, its renewal date, and a button to manage it. Without a subscription, Billing shows the plans instead.

The plans page is simple. JobIntel is a single, fully featured product, so there are no tiers to compare: just Monthly, at eight dollars and ninety-nine cents, and Annual, at eighty-nine dollars and ninety cents, about seventeen percent less over a year. Prices are shown in your local currency, and where more than one currency applies, Pay in lets you choose.

Click the button under the plan you want. If you have not had a free trial yet, it reads Start 4-week free trial; if you have, it reads Subscribe. You go to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details. Stripe handles all payment processing, so JobIntel never sees or stores your card details. After checkout, you come back to your billing page, and your full access continues without interruption.

Once you are subscribed, the billing page shows a Manage Subscription button. Clicking it opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual billing, view invoices, or cancel your subscription. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted, so if you resubscribe later, everything is right where you left it.

If you have a promo code, you can apply it on the billing page before subscribing. Enter the code in the promo code field, and JobIntel will validate it and show you the discount. Valid codes display the discount amount and duration. The discount is automatically applied when you proceed to checkout through Stripe.
