Whether you are looking for work in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, or anywhere in between, JobIntel has you covered. In this video, we will show you how to search for jobs across more than forty countries, using local postal code formats and radius filters that adapt to each country.

JobIntel supports job searches in more than forty countries - from the United States and the United Kingdom, across Europe, to India and Canada. Each country connects to local job sources and APIs, so you get relevant results for that market. Whether you are searching for nursing jobs in London, engineering roles in Berlin, or marketing positions in Madrid, the platform adapts to each country's job market.

To search in a specific country, go to the Auto Search page from your sidebar. When adding a location, you will see a country selector dropdown. Pick the country you want to search in, and the location field adapts instantly. For the United States, you can type a city name like Reston or a ZIP code like two zero one seven zero. For the United Kingdom, type a city or an outward code like SW1. For European countries, use the local postal code format - for example, one zero one one five for Berlin or two eight zero zero one for Madrid.

Each location has its own radius selector, letting you control how wide your search area is. The distance unit automatically switches based on the country you selected. For the United States and the United Kingdom, the radius is in miles. Everywhere else, it switches to kilometers. A map below your locations shows your search areas as circles, so you can see exactly where you are searching.

You can search in multiple countries at the same time. Add up to five locations, and each one can be in a different country with its own radius. For example, you could search for jobs within 30 miles of London, 50 kilometers of Berlin, and 25 kilometers of Amsterdam - all in a single search configuration. Remote and hybrid jobs always appear regardless of your radius settings, so you never miss flexible opportunities.

You can also use the Job Posting Finder for quick international searches. Click Add Job, go to the Find tab, and describe what you want in plain language - just name the city and country, like engineering jobs in Munich, Germany. A city name works in every country. Results come back from the relevant job sources for that country, and you can add any result to your feed by clicking Select.

Behind the scenes, JobIntel connects to different job sources depending on the country. Google Jobs and Adzuna cover multiple countries. USAJobs is exclusive to the United States for federal government positions. Each source is configured to return results in the right language and format for that country. All results go through the same analysis pipeline - deduplication, skill matching, and scoring - regardless of where the job is located.

A few tips for getting the best results when searching internationally. First, try searching in the local language - for example, search for Softwareentwickler instead of software developer when looking in Germany. Second, use postal codes instead of city names for more precise location targeting. Third, remember that remote jobs appear in all searches regardless of location, so do not worry about missing them. And finally, if you are open to multiple countries, set up separate locations for each one rather than trying to cover everything with a single broad search.
