This is your complete getting started guide. In the next few minutes, we will walk through everything from creating your account to adding your first job, understanding your scores, and tracking an application. By the end, you will be fully set up and ready to use JobIntel.

Start at the registration page. Enter your email address and choose a password of at least eight characters. Your first and last name are optional. Under the form, the page tells you exactly how the free trial works before you commit to anything. Click Create Account. We also email you a link to confirm your address.

Next comes your free trial: four weeks, with every feature switched on. Pick monthly or annual for after the trial. We ask for a card to confirm there is a real person behind each account, and you pay nothing today. We email you a reminder three days before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then in Settings, Billing. Click Start my free trial and enter your card on Stripe's secure page.

Back from checkout, a short setup takes three steps. First, your career field: upload your résumé and we suggest it, or choose it yourself. Then your skills: the résumé fills them in, and you add anything we missed. Last, where to look: a job title and a city or postcode. Click Finish and start searching, and we search for you every night.

Then you land on your dashboard, your home base. It opens with a welcome header and three summary cards that link to your profile, your job feed with its current listing count, and your account. You can change your career field and skills any time, in Settings and on the Skills page.

Now head to your Jobs page and click Add Job to open the dialog. When your feed is still empty, the page greets you with a Find your first job prompt - the same Add Job dialog is one click away. It opens on the Find tab, where you can type a natural language search query - something like marketing manager in Chicago or remote nursing positions. Hit Search, browse the results, and click Select on any job that interests you, or Import All to add them in one go.

After you import a job, JobIntel goes to work behind the scenes. It fetches the full posting, extracts the required and preferred skills, calculates a Trust score based on posting signals, calculates your Match score by comparing the job's skills against your profile, and generates a Ready score that combines everything. When you click on the job in your feed, you will see all three labeled scores - Trust, Match, and Ready - plus a detailed skill breakdown showing which skills you have and which ones appear in the Skills to Build section.

The Find tab is great for discovering new opportunities, but you have other options too. If you already have a link to a specific job posting, switch to the URL tab and paste it in. If someone sent you a job description in a message or email, use the Text tab to paste the raw text. And if you have a screenshot of a job posting, the Screenshot tab lets you upload the image. All four methods produce the same rich result in your feed.

As your feed grows, use filters to focus on what matters. Filter by company name, location, or check the Verified on multiple sites checkbox to see only jobs posted on more than one board. You can also sort by date, Match score, or Readiness, using the sort and page-size controls at the top of the feed. And when you select jobs, a floating action bar appears at the bottom for bulk actions like tracking, archiving, or deleting them.

When you are ready to apply for a job, click the Track This Job button on the job detail page. This moves the job to your application tracker - a visual board with columns for Interested, Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, and Offer stages. You can drag cards between columns as you progress through the hiring process. This is your command center for staying organized.

Head back to your dashboard to see how things are going. The summary cards reflect your current state - how many jobs are in your feed, your profile, and your account. As you continue using JobIntel, your feed becomes an increasingly rich view of your job market, with scores that get more meaningful as your skills profile grows.

You are now set up and ready to go. You have an account, a skills profile, at least one job in your feed with scores and a skill breakdown, and you know how to track applications. From here, keep adding jobs, refine your skills, and let the data guide your search. Check the other videos in the Learn section for deep dives on specific features. Welcome to JobIntel.
