Creating Your Account

Let's get you set up on JobIntel. Creating an account takes less than a minute, and you'll be up and running as soon as you verify your email.

Head to the registration page. On mobile, you will see the JobIntel branding at the top. The signup form asks for your email address and a password. Your password needs to be at least eight characters long. There are no special character requirements - just pick something you will remember that is not too common. You can click the eye icon next to the password field to toggle visibility and make sure you have typed it correctly. You may also see a quick human-verification check on this page - it usually completes on its own.

Enter your email address and choose a strong password. You will also see fields for your first and last name, marked as optional, so you can skip them if you prefer. There is a privacy reassurance note below the form explaining how your data is used. This email will be your login and where you will receive important notifications - things like support ticket updates and product announcements. Once you have filled everything in, click the Create Account button. Next, we'll take you to a secure checkout to start your free trial - we'll cover that in a moment. You will also receive a verification email - click the link to confirm your address, which unlocks your job feed and search. Your profile and billing are available in the meantime. If you later need to change your email - for example, if you signed up with a work address - you can do that from Settings without losing any data.

JobIntel is one fully featured product, free for your first four weeks. Every feature is included from day one - add jobs via URL, text, or screenshot, manage unlimited listings, skill matching, email forwarding ingestion, Trust score breakdowns, application tracking, skill demand trends, and the job posting finder. To start, we take you to our secure checkout - powered by Stripe - to add a payment method. Asking for a card up front means your access continues seamlessly when the trial ends. You are not charged today: your four weeks begin right away, and you can cancel anytime before they're up. After the trial you keep everything for one simple price - monthly or annual, shown in your local currency. Members who joined before we began charging keep full access free for life.

Once your trial starts, a short setup asks three things: your career field, your skills, and where to look for work. Then you land on your dashboard, your home base. If you have not confirmed your email yet, a banner reminds you. On the left, the navigation sidebar links to your Jobs feed, Skills page, Settings, and more. The main area shows your job feed, which fills from the nightly search you just set up. The next videos cover your career field, your profile and your skills in more depth.

When you come back, you have three ways to sign in. The classic way is email and password. You can also click Sign in with email link to get a magic link sent to your inbox - no password needed. Or, if you've set up a passkey in your security settings, click Sign in with passkey to authenticate with your fingerprint or face. We'll cover passkeys and two-factor authentication in the Your Data and Account video.
