Instead of bouncing between job boards, JobIntel's Job Posting Finder lets you search across multiple sources at once and import results directly into your feed. In this video, we will show you how to use it.
The Job Posting Finder lives inside the Add Job dialog on the Jobs page. Click the Add Job button, and the dialog opens directly on the Find tab. You will see a single search box where you describe the kind of job you are looking for. This is your starting point for discovering new opportunities without leaving JobIntel.
The Find tab takes a plain-language query. Describe the role you want - for example, Software Engineer in Austin, Texas, or remote nursing jobs. JobIntel reads the job title and location straight from your description. It supports searches across more than forty countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Canada. When you click Search, JobIntel queries multiple job sources at the same time.
The Find tab is a single free-text box, so just name the city and country in your description - for example, nursing jobs in Berlin, Germany. JobIntel reads the location from your query and searches the relevant job sources for that country. If you want fine-grained control with a country selector, a radius setting, and a map of your search areas, set that up on the Auto Search page instead. Remote and hybrid jobs always appear regardless of where you search.
After a search runs, you choose which postings to keep. Click Select on a posting to import it, or use Import All to pull in every match at once. Each imported job runs through JobIntel's full scoring pipeline - Match scoring, Trust scoring, and Ready scoring - so by the time it lands in your feed, it already has a complete set of scores and a skill breakdown. You can import several from a single search, and each one gets the same treatment as any other listing.
The Finder has a daily search limit to manage API usage. The limit resets every twenty-four hours, so you start fresh each day.
