JobIntel 3.9: Straight With You - Settings, Email, and Search You Control

JobIntel 3.9 is a trust release. There is no headline feature in it. Every change is the product being straight with you about what it does with your settings, your inbox, and your search results - and the release notes say so in those words.

Your settings now follow your account, not your browser. Pick your language once - English, German, Spanish, or French - and it follows you to a new computer, a private window, a new phone. Notification controls work the same way: turn one off, and it is off everywhere you sign in, not just on the device you were holding at the time.

Email got the same treatment. The summary digest is now off by default and runs only if you turn it on. Every recurring email carries true one-click unsubscribe, the kind Gmail and Yahoo recognize and surface as their own button at the top of the message. And if you stop reading our emails, we stop sending them. You should not have to unsubscribe from mail you clearly stopped wanting.

Search now tells you what it is doing. If the results on your screen are answering an older search rather than the one you just typed, a banner says so, plainly. Neighborhood-level searches that had been quietly losing jobs from a major source now get them back. And the browser extension shows the same match score as the app - no more flattering numbers on the job board and a different figure at home.
