JobIntel 3.16: An Estimate Is Not a Salary - Pay Told Straight, Interviews That Count

When a job board guessed at a salary, that guess used to show up looking like the real thing. Not anymore. JobIntel 3.16 fixes the places that weren't telling you the truth.

An estimated salary now shows as no salary, and it doesn't count toward your Ready score. Your own salary range is read in the currency where you live, so pounds are never compared with euros or dollars.

Interview practice asks exactly the number of questions you chose, and follow-ups count. You can see where you are, too: "Turn 3 of 5," right above your answer. A long interview in German keeps feedback on every answer.

Sorting by match score puts scored jobs first, highest first. A job board that was skipped says "Not searched," and why, instead of looking like it found nothing. And search settings you change mid-search stay the way you left them.

No new features in this one. Just fewer things on your screen that weren't true.
