JobIntel 3.11: Fresh Jobs First - What Reaches Your Feed, and in What Order
Transcript
Why was a job posted two years ago ranking above one posted this morning? It shouldn't have been. JobIntel 3.11 is about what lands in your feed, and in what order.
Ranking now counts how recently a job was posted, so the top of your feed is the part you can still act on. Germany's federal job board is back, too. It had returned nothing for months, and from the outside that looked exactly like "no jobs matched."
Listings now read the way they were written: no garbled characters, no stray code. A five hundred pound day rate is no longer shown as a yearly salary. And with the 3.11.1 follow-up, the same job found by two searches is one listing, not two.
An empty search should mean there were no jobs, not that a source quietly stopped answering. Searches now skip sources that don't cover your country, so an empty result means something.
