Version 3.8.3
A more capable Coach Console, more reliable remote jobs, and extension access you control
3.8.3 focuses on the Coach Console — a live notifications feed, pinned resources, a clearer per-client report — alongside more reliable remote-job listings and controls that put you in charge of your browser-extension access.
A more capable Coach Console
- A live notifications feed. Your notifications now track read and unread, show an unread count, let you mark everything read at once, and refresh on their own as new activity comes in — including when an invitation is sent, accepted, or declined.
- Pin the resources that matter. Pin a document or video and it floats to the top of every client's library, so the most important materials are the first thing they see. You can also notify a specific client about a resource on demand.
- See each client's progress with a new "By Client" report. Alongside your overall numbers, Reports now breaks activity out one row per client — applications, interviews, offers, and placements — with row and column totals so you can spot who needs attention at a glance.
- Clients can formally decline an invitation. Invitees now have a clear "decline" option, so a passed invitation is unambiguous rather than left to expire.
- Your coaching brand, in your own console. Your display name and branding now show in the Coach Console header, not just on the pages your clients see.
- A heads-up before a capacity-reducing downgrade. If switching plans would lower how many clients you can keep active, you'll see a clear warning before checkout.
For job seekers
- Remote job listings show up reliably. We fixed a matching issue that could cause remote roles to come back empty even when results existed.
- Revoke browser-extension access anytime. Settings → Security now lets you sign the JobIntel extension out of your account on demand.
- More accurate location search across Europe. Searches around large European capital cities and certain regions now rank results correctly.
- Clearer interview practice and Skill Trends. Interview practice reliably shows its follow-up prompts, and the job counts in Skill Trends now match between the summary and the detail view.
Plus a refreshed Privacy Policy and Terms, and a range of reliability and security improvements under the hood.
