3.17.2 - More of the right local jobs

3.17.2 is a fix release.

Searches by postal code alone, or by a city's local name (like München or Wien), now find nearby jobs from more job boards.
Searches in France, Finland and Lithuania find more local jobs, and US searches keep jobs in neighbouring towns.
Jobs from another country are no longer shown as local to your search.
