Version 3.17.0

3.17.0 makes JobIntel easier to learn, easier to understand before you sign up, and more accurate when you search.

Learn

• Every lesson has its own page, grouped by what you want to get done. Pages are in English, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
• The product overview is now in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Help links inside the app open the lesson that matches the screen you are on. The lesson opens in a new tab.
• Coaches have lesson pages too.

Home page and Features

• The home and Features pages are built around four outcomes, with a short demo that shows JobIntel at work.
• The page descriptions you see in search results say only what the product does, and they offer the free trial.

Search and your job feed

• Find reads a typed search as the work you asked for. Each result is scored against what you typed, so the best matches come first.
• A saved job shows the same score everywhere. Scores with a half point round the same way on every screen.
• Add Job keeps the spaces in a pasted description. On a phone, the Screenshot tab says to tap to choose a picture.
• The Resume tab no longer drops you into a hidden Skills section.

Coaches

• The For Coaches page is rewritten. It states the coach beta offer and the 2-client limit.
• Coaches see only what a client shares. If a client hides Applications, coach pages and coach emails leave them out, and the Overview no longer mentions them.
• A client who pauses no longer keeps stall alerts raised before the pause.
• A client's Job Match Scores row names the job it was scored against.

Blog

• The Blog and the short videos always show their lists, including right after an update. Short videos have a new JobIntel in Action category.

Chrome extension

These arrive when the extension updates in the Chrome Web Store.

• Connect the extension from Settings. Open Settings, then Security, and choose Connect the Chrome extension.
• You see which account you are connecting, with a link if it is the wrong one. There is no token to copy or paste.
• The extension stays connected while you use it, instead of asking you to sign in again after 90 days.
• Signing out of the extension ends the connection completely.
• The score badge shows your saved job's score and asks you to add target job titles when they are missing.
• Job details are read correctly on Dice, Indeed, Reed, ZipRecruiter and InfoJobs.
