Version 3.16.1

3.16.1 is a fix release. It makes downloads do what their buttons say, makes scores match what you see, and makes the privacy and help pages more complete.

Downloads

• The résumé analysis report downloads as a PDF again.
• Downloads contain exactly the text on screen. A downloaded cover letter or résumé now matches what you were looking at, in the format the button names.
• A failed download says so. You see a message and a Try again button, instead of nothing happening.
• Accented letters print correctly in PDFs.

Your job feed and scores

• Saving your readiness weights updates your readiness score. The new weights are used straight away, and the score preview on the Settings page shows the new numbers without reloading.
• No score of 0% before you add skills. If you have no skills yet, a job shows Not scored instead of 0%.
• A job's page shows the same score as your feed. Opening a job no longer changes the score you saw in the list.
• Search and Find agree on job titles. A job whose title matches your search in the local language is no longer missed by Find.
• Filtering by a city finds the jobs search found there. Spellings of a place, such as "München" and "Munich", are treated as one place.
• Trends lists one place as one row, whatever the spelling, such as "Washington, DC" and "Washington DC".
• Healthcare job searches in Spanish-speaking countries use everyday Spanish job titles, so more local jobs are found.
• The "Jobs by Adzuna" credit shows Adzuna's logo, linked to Adzuna.
• A résumé scan no longer picks up a degree from another field that your résumé never names.

• You can enter a promotion code when you start your free trial, and its discount is applied at checkout.

Privacy and security

• The Privacy Policy describes what is shared with AI services.
• The Privacy Policy now says that screenshots or photos of job postings you upload are sent to our AI provider as images.
• Interview answers have contact details removed before they are analyzed.
• Declining analytics follows your account. If you decline on one browser, the session recording and heatmap tools stay off on every browser you sign in on, and you are not asked again. Anonymous page counting that uses no cookies continues either way, and the banner and Privacy Policy say so.
• Uploads are safer. Coach logos must be PNG files.

Help

• The Help page on data retention says where Purge is.
• The Privacy Policy link in the Help FAQ works again.
• Help names the right Settings tab for readiness weights. The weights are on the Preferences tab.
• Portuguese Help uses the names you see in Settings for the data retention controls.

Coach Console

• A date you pick for a client's timeline note stays picked when you click it again, and a note without a date tells you a date is required.
