Ready is the big-picture number: your overall fit for a job, from 0 to 100. It weighs five things together: your skill match, the posting's credibility, how fresh it is, the company's reputation, and how well it fits your preferences.
Open the job and scroll to the Readiness Score card. It shows each of the five factors, how it scored, and why.
You decide how much each factor counts. In Settings, on the Preferences tab, the Readiness Score Weights card has a slider for each one. Skill match starts at 30 percent, credibility at 25, and the other three at 15 each. The sliders must add up to 100 percent. Click Save Weights, and your Ready scores are worked out again with your weights.
Then sort your feed by Readiness, and the jobs most worth your time come first. Ready helps you decide where to spend your evening. It does not predict whether you will get the job.
Open Settings, set your weights, and sort your feed by Readiness. If a job shows no score at all, the next lesson explains why.
