Brian Will, Founder of JobIntel

Brian Will

Founder, JobIntel

I spent 25 years managing enterprise programs — teams of 80+, budgets over $15M, transformations at companies like GitLab, FICO, Toyota, and Freddie Mac.

I wrote three books about why large organizations struggle to adopt new ways of working. Then I went through a job search and realized the same dysfunction I'd spent my career fixing was happening to me. Companies had $124 billion in hiring technology. I had a spreadsheet. So I built JobIntel — 110,000 lines of code, one founder, and the question that started it all: why does every tool in this space treat job seekers like a commodity instead of a customer?
